On my lockscreen i can t see weather til i drag down the lock clock. Weather can t simply appear when i turn on the screen. Is that normal behaviour?

Guys,
How do I replace that Exynos file? I don't see the System folder when I connect to S2 from a computer nor from File Manager. Is it something to be done from Recovery?
Flash the zip in recovery.
