The Surface RT doesn't have an mSATA drive. It uses eMMC instead, and the chip is soldered onto the motherboard. It's the Surface Pro that uses mSATA. Sorry!
MS have acknowledged this and posted a fix. I don't have the link handy but it should be easy to find via Google or the tech sites.

Hey Guys, i tested the new jailbreak tool and i guess it is working. I don´t have that watermark sign on the desktop, but i can use the x86emu to load up some programms. So does that count?
However my surface is not activated. Its running wind...
Does someone have a original copy of win86emu? I don't have one since I have built the improved version from the files on github. I want to compare the old with the new one to improve some things even more. Thanks.
