Great work as always! I just downloaded and trying your exact settings from the first two posts.. I've learned to trust your ways :D I made a PDroid patch if anyone is interested. The second one is for uninstaling the PDroid patch.
I would like to thank Mateorod, Pastime1971 and Kobik77 for all the hard work and making it possible for me and everyone else to have PDroid security on ICS and JB and also making it possible to patch through Windows. Which btw is now ridiculously...
Sure, i downloaded pdroid patch from post#3, ok I will be patient to test the new versions of layouts and pdroid-patch, regards You can try to mount system in Cwm before applying the patch. If that doesn't work I can make a patch for you...

1 Like Jeffnz said before, you could check if your s4 had a faulty battery. Samsung will give you a free replacement if so. My battery life on Omnirom is really good. GT-9505
