AFAIK, it's Overlay Manager Service that used for theming "on the fly" , used for Substratum, and if you want to include it on the Rom, you need to commit merged in it

OMG! What music player would you recommend for best sound quality? Stock app crashes, poweramp, in my opinion, has cool features but I feel like it damages sound quality.
