Hey John, If you didn't unlock your Prime this should work. Download the right(US, WW, etc.) JB firmware(v.10.4.2.15) from the Asus site. Copy it to a micro-SD card. Place it in your Prime and with the standard FileManager copy it to the root...

I don't know what else to do. I'm not that experienced in Android stuff. But you can try anyways 'adb devices' when connected with the pc. Maybe you are able to be in fastboot mode. Come on guys, help him!
