If anyone accidentally applies this update with TWRP installed you can recovery from the endless TWRP bootloop. See this post from midmadn https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=72438813&postcount=6

The update probably didn't even install. It should have just triggered a TWRP bootloop. Easy fix. Power off or pull battery for a sec. Hold vol down and power button - as soon as you see LG logo - release and immediately re-press power...
