Post Summary
Google announced an agreement to acquire Motorola Mobility : .. Isn't this very old news?
Well, duh Sent from my Galaxy S3. Upgrade soon - either a HTC One M8 or a Samsung Galaxy S5. Well duhhh yourself. Did you read the post I quoted??
OT but related: I was trying to force the update on my S3 by clearing Framework Services data (was on 4.1.1 at the time). It took 2 days for my phone to show up in the play store via web browser. And when it did show up it would not install apps ...
I used this tool to root before. The OTA update to .27 broke my root. I used this again to root and it worked fine. Now installed OTA rootkeeper hopefully it will help to keep root with the next OTA update.
So frustrated by this, I have hundreds (most of them no longer in use) of apps listed under "My orders" with no way to sort them by price. How am I to find my paid for apps Google? I think we all should send a request to Google to fix this....
