I've been an Android user since the G1 days and this may sound stupid, but the main reasons i switched is because Android is FAR too customizable. To some, that can be a bad thing. I found myself changing themes, layouts, icon sets, etc.. way more...

I have also done this. Swapped my Cyan for the all elusive grey. We probably bought the covers from the same seller as mine also came from the UK. I did manage to get my hands on the matching sim door as well. I also had to swap the headphone jack...

It looks like they are out and won't get it until May 27. Bummer! :( Ordered mine on May 1st and it shipped on the 9th. I received it today (12th). Perhaps I ordered one of the last ones from their last batch? Anyway, it is indeed the Nokia bra...

Themeing and switching ROM's every 3 hours is actually the main reason I ditched Android. Give it some time. You'll find that the fluidity and the ease and speed of getting things done on Windows Phone vastly makes up for the lack of customiza...
