Great guide, just wanted to say something though. If you're S-off like I am, you don't need to relock your bootloader to flash the firmware, you can just skip that step completely and just flash the firmware the same way and then reflash recovery ...

Update! I got a new kernel and it works better than any of the ones I've used. It gets to the point where it says "Netd 1.0 starting" and then it says that over and over and doesn't get past it. Does anyone know how to fix it?
