I flashed the phone with ODIN 3.07 on a different PC with a short 8" cable connected through the hub. I can't believe that the process is so flaky! Thanks to everyone for your help. I already upgraded to LG G3, keeping this one for a backup.
My biggest surprise with this ROM is the battery life. I still have over 40% left after a day of above average use.
Thanks for the explanation, I didn't think to look on the display settings. Turned out there were many excellent battery options there.
I tried v1.3 Noticed that the percentage indicator for the battery is constantly disappears. I have to go to the battery settings, untick and tick back the percentage option. It comes back, but few minutes later it is gone from the status bar agai
