I don't know about a flashable zip and such, but there is a theme for Zooper on the Play Store with a very similar clock
It's called Zooper HTC Sense 7 Widgets

Is it possible as of yet to install Xposed on 5.1 with the S6?
I have root, but the last time I tried to install TWRP and Xposed, I bricked my phone :c
Fortunately, I got it replaced
