How did you fork init? On my phone, it only executes under ueventd and watchdogd after the kernel runs init, and no contexts can transition to init. write some thing here, may be some typos.
init taken down, too tired to write shell code, painful to insmod a kernel module

Well done! I gave up on init. I just pulled the recovery image on a galaxy s7 active. Root here I come :D fork init and execve another shell, running at u:r:init:s0. but my device has kernel module signing enabled, but this may work on some...
