How did you fork init? On my phone, it only executes under ueventd and watchdogd after the kernel runs init, and no contexts can transition to init.
write some thing here, may be some typos.

fork init and execve another shell, running at u:r:init:s0.
but my device has kernel module signing enabled, but this may work on some...
