Is there an app, Xposed or otherwise, that will suppress the low battery dialog? Search results are ambiguous at best. GravityBox module might be what you're looking for (look in the power tweaks section).

i can't get to my bank account. it always says .. you have no money oops, that has nothing to do with 4.3 Close your bank account and then reopen it. But don't clear the cache.
