OK, it looks like similar problem reported here.
Google's answer was increasing vmalloc size, so I increased size from 300M to 400M.
Please try v64a.

Can you can try mounting vendor partition
busybox mount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock1 /system/vendor
and do
busybox df -h | busybox grep vendor
and umount it later
busybox umount /system/vendor
thats the output:
