My guess is....when they pull u up in grandcentral (troubleshooting) it tells them if the phone is rooted. W the my tmobile app they can see everything. Apps storage space. (Not individual pics or videos) even how much storage space you have left....

Never really use the LOOKOUT app other than to scan apps I download outside of the Play Store... why do you suspect this app of being a snitch? it''s preinstalled on all their devices. except apple...not to mention tmobile finances their phones...
