There are threads on xda that describe how to revive hard bricks. For me, disconnecting and reconnecting the battery had worked. Please make sure that battery is connected perfectly.
I think kernel is in panic mode. Try disconnecting the battery for a little while and then reconnect it. You'll have to open your phone to do it. There are many YouTube videos to see how you can do so. It's not that difficult. Good luck!

Since you never unlocked the bootloader before, flashing the stock rom(ruu) should work. Give it a shot. Just make sure you flash the same Android version that you had before as downgrading might not work.
Try going into phone info and see what the network type is. If it's one of the cdma types then chances are that the ruim config is in nv_only mode. In that case it's roaming on a cdma network. Since gsm radio is disabled in the firmware, I don't e...
