try flashing the stock recovery and then reboot into recovery and do a factory wipe. That should cure your issue, but you will lose all your data

There is no TWRP at this moment, I modified stock recovery which can accept adb command.
Your screen is already in "Recovery" and follow message instructions for the next step.

Guys I was able to root the H815P: First I flashed it with 5.1 (it had android 6), and I flashed it with H815.. not the "p"..
Then I was easily able to root it with that dd command.. smooth!
Is it safe to flash the whole firmware through the fastboot or TWRP?
What I tried so far:
1. Flashed my previous boot.img
2. Formatted and wiped everything from TWRP
2. Booted normally
3. Flashed stocked recovery
4. Wiped from stocked recovery
from whr did u download the huawei extractor?
is it this one?
