As for the low in-call volume I digged in /system/etc/mixer_paths_tasha.xml and found the line "RX0 Digital Volume" with the value "75" while the others are set to "84"...changed it to 84 as well, saved and rebooted...in-call volume has increased ...
Anybody knows what the "chg_wake_lock" is and if it is safe to block it?
This is a charging-wakelock and no need to block it, just reboot with cable plugged in and while on the splash screen unplug it - solved after booting up....
Was wondering why the proximity sensor didn't work on latest version...there is a faulty build.prop line:

I haven't tested this ROM but in some other ROMs a workaround is to go into 'Settings > Developer Options > Disable HW overlays' and enable that. Assuming this works it does have a side-effect: DRM apps like Netflix may show a black screen instead...
