Are you able to get adb connectivity in recovery? I would try flashing the elegancia rom. If you're not able to transfer the elegancia rom to your sd card, is downloading directly to your phone over WiFi an option?

No adb needed. You pull boot.img out of the rom.zip and flash it via fastboot using the command fastboot flash boot boot.img
