Nokia 3.2 can easily be Bootloader unlock and that is pretty much everything you need to fully customize it.
However there's no custom recovery or rom yet to be developed for this device. Maybe it will get attention from developers in the future.

i don't really know much about the Mediatek scheme, but since i now own a device with MTK soc this kind of work is really intrigu...
Yes MM is running, and su pop-up for permission working too.
Root stays till reboot.
Have been running it since 4 days now.
