FINALLY A SOLUTION FROM LG TURKEY!
Today i received the link to these two pictures from LG Turkey which shows the steps to prevent ghost calls. I immediately applied it and guess what, no ghost calls ever again. tested and proved to work 100%.

I can give you a temporary solution if it is very urgent
open c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (as a administrator user) using notepad
add the following line at the end of the file
183.83.187.5 csmg.lgmobile.com
