Use efrant's guide in the stickys to flash the factory image and use his link for Windows drivers. It always works and his fastboot tutorial has saved my device more than once.
I used to have flashME installed and it worked on my G-Nex GSM. I think I had 4.1 or 4.2 at the time, so I don't know if it is 4.3 compatible or not. Definitely gets your attention!

After being endlessly frustrated by an LG G2x, I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
I will wait for some long-term reliability reports before even considering another phone made by LG.
Just myself and a buddy at work that I convinced to root his droid.
