Make sure you use atlas.pit when restoring to stock. If you are following those directions exactly, all I can say at this point is to try another ROM (maybe MIUI or OMGB) and see if that works, unless another poster wants to take a stab at this.

You mentioned that you restore apps with Titanium. Do you restore only downloaded apps, or system apps as well? Different ROMS often have different versions of system apps, which can cause problems when restoring.

Yes I flashed to stock. I have done multiple flashes. I did also try *228. The lovely voice said my phone was successfully activated, but it's still not working. Try the steps on this site... it seems like they had the same problem. http://f...
