After flashing the ROM it boots into fastboot. Is anyone else having this problem or is it something on my end?

I haven't flashed but i did open the May 4 build.Can someone with more knowledge that me please open the build and go to system/extras/ext4_utils and see what that's about. It might be a fix for our ext4 script creating problem.
