OK, I flashed a fresh stock Mango ROM, everything OK. Updated to 7740, everything OK. Updated to 8107 and not able to dial again. WTF?
You NEED to install the language packs for that update too!

A simple patch to the Official tool was all that was required (which I have just done in literally 5 minutes). I don't exactly agree with the approach taken - using reflector, then using the code in a new app, along with a webserver and hosts file...

Simply follow the instructions included with the PDF, but instead of running MangoB2-DevRetailUpdate.exe, run this file.
Everything else is exactly the same. No need to run MangoB2-DevRetailUpdate.exe aftewards.
