yes i checked that directory, it only contans two log files: last_install and last_log. I skimmed through them and they do not contain a valid url to a zip file as you mentioned.. He can try looking in /cache, but it would have likely been clea...

Sure, but the update.xml does not contain any url. The entire content is as follow: - (Somehow my phone was un-rooted after the update. I had to re-root the phone first to get the file. Do not if that would affect the file in anyway.....

Mine has the same issue, stock rom. The buzz goes away when I use bluetooth headset.
