I've been a while trying to modify all available kernels that don't support miui 5 to do so, here you go:
Kernels that support MIUI v5 natively:
2.6.32.61 KERNEL - MESA v4.7 by an0nym0us_, you may also try v4.8 beta 1 from HERE

Try using Sign-em! v2.0 to sign your mods or any flashable zip before flashing....

No need to be ported, just use dev files from HERE. (all devices other than LWW are included)

bro, can you share wifi modul for CM10-eXtended kernel by M66B, my wifi is broken.
Here you go... replace, change permissions, and reboot.
