Sounds like all you need now is your APN settings corrected for AT&T. Here's a link, plus Google can help if this don't.Keep trying until you find the one that works best. If this helps you, be sure to push that thank you button over there....

Thanks. I am rooted. I'll get root explorer and move it. Will it have to be installed again or is it a done deal?
That worked perfectly. All I have to do now is root it, unlock the bootloader and GSM again. I'll take the latest OTA when I finish that. I can't thank you enough
