Here's another way new rr already comes with magisk manager on it. Just wipe in TWRP, flash newest rr, reboot system once and then flash this experimental magisk zip in TWRP

no. unfortunately viper doesn't work.
Friend showed me how to fix it. Start off with viper uninstalled go here
System/etc/init/init.qcom.rc
And delete this line in a root explorer
Then install your viper

Which partitions did you restore?
Boot, data,vendor image, system image
I did the default factory reset in TWRP before I did it
