Is there a point to rooting the snapdragon versions? I can only find 1 rom for it and I don't really see any benefit to doing it does anyone have advice on why they do it? Or what can be done with it?

Look in the dvdandroid installer thread, there is a test version that works. Yeah I did but I didn't see anything new, the newest thing there was 18 days old so I know that couldn't be it lol
