I flashed it on xiaomi.eu stable 9.1.2.0 with 3DTouch disable before flashing and everything work flawlessly, try to flash original kernel (extract boot.img from your original ROM) and disable 3DTouch and flash this kernel again, maybe it can help solve your problem.

Yes, mi5s a little bit confusing even with stock kernel. On 2.4 Ghz Router my Mi4c can connect with link speed 150Mbps but Mi5s only 72 Mbps . When connect to 5Ghz router Mi5s can connect above 300Mbps without problem. Hope newer update from Xiaomi will fix this.

You can fix this by you self. Add this line to /syetem/etc/wifi/WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini

gChannelBondingMode24GHz=1

zzmove is a nice power saving governor. You can also enable hotplug and reduce cores max frequency.

There are no differences from the two branches, also cm-14.1 branch it's more updated. So yes, the LOS/AOSP version should work on lineage 15 too. Please try and report here. If doesn't work, simply flash the boot.img of you actual installed ROM.

Tried on Los15.1 and failed to boot.
