This kernel can't corrupt your system. It will detect a Treble ROM in the current slot for Treble support and will not touch the other slot's kernel.

Data corruption when encrypted is a known issue, I'll fix it ASAP.

bro creates a version only for Custom ROMs without treble does like Mount Kernel that has 3 versions 1 for treble another for stock and another for Custom rom.
You need video to view? Data move to slot B and system leave in A and get corrup

How do you expect screenshots? This is a kernel not a rom
What exactly do you want him to screenshot? The settings menu?

@oka1 close this thread no screenshots exists.
It is unstable Kernel.

Who the hell man you are ?
No screenshots no testing just released an unstable kernel and applied (stable) stamp.
Requesting to everyone Do not install this kernel. Otherwise wise you will brick your phones.

See his profile.
Clearly written in his occupation. (BRICKING PHONES)
He is bricking our phones.

Does any kernel does this or this Dev mandate to flash over stock kernel of custom roms :D ( do u know custom rom also have custom kernel kind of ) bro problem is not flashing over this or that the problem is bcoz the the dev kdragon included the force encryption disabling script in his zip which is causing the problem. after wiping whole data partition which includes internal also the kernel and rom boot without problem but i lots my data :(

Me. I'm using crDroid + Mint kernel. Flashed it over w/o dirty flashing crDroid (I don't see why I should do dirty flash like others says). Well now it's functioning fine, my device didn't face any issues still monitoring SOT and testing out cpu govs.

*Edit: Provided screenshot that I'm using it now.

Hi everyone, im the other dev for this kernel.

I think I pinned down the issue to us disabling the Integrity subsystem (stupidly). We need testers to tell us if this new version doesn't corrupt your data. anyone who is willing to try can flash the below kernel and let us know if it's fixed. thanks and we're so sorry.

Who you think you are? There are always risks when flashing Custom roms/kernels (Even in the OP there is a warning) if you don't know what are you doing, stay in stock. The dev releases a kernel FOR FREE using his spare Time and you demand that the thread needs to be closed only for bricking your phone? That's lame, and if the thread got closed, you are not giving the kernel a chance to improve.

    Velocity Kernel • Mi A1
    by kdragon and tytydraco

    Flash at your own risk.

This kernel is abandoned. I suggest using other kernels such as Canting. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    The original post follows.

    Introduction
Velocity Kernel was made to provide the best possible experience on all devices. We strive to provide the perfect balance of performance and battery life. Features are also plentiful, but features that nobody uses will not be included. We also completely debloat all our kernels and aim for small sizes relative to other kernels. Due to the small size and careful debloating, boot time is also improved.

    Compatibility
This single kernel ZIP supports both custom ROMs and Treble custom ROMs (GSIs). Simply flash the kernel after flashing your ROM of and it should work. Pie is fully supported.
The stock ROM is not supported.

    Enjoy!

Fu** You ***** my phone bricked fu***** disabled treble!! in the roms that are not treble after flash kernel change the partition data to the slot B and system leaves it in slot A

Please be polite in your responses. Even if someone didn't explain something properly and it resulted in a brick, you definitely should not insult him.
