Android crashes in initial settings after installing the Pixel Experience rom

All the roms that I install on the Mi A1 via TWRP 3.3.1.0, when it arrives at the android configuration part (wifi, digital etc.), it locks everything up and restarts. Any light? I tried all the versions available at the moment.
