I dont have a twrp folder in my internal storage, maybe this is the problem.
either way, its a minor bug. nothing to worry about

With TWRP : mount Persist 1, go there with File Manager (advanced options) ... scroll to the bottom and take a screenshot (vol- & power)

Don't delete anything !

I did that. I took screenshots of all the files not just the bottom

Delete them both and set now your parameters for the navbar and reboot again to recovery to see if it works !

I deleted them. Still doesn't save the settings
The file ".Twrps" was recreated by the system

keep the new one genereted ... don't delete it !
go to : /data/media
and take a screenshot please

(where you see : /0 and /obb folders)
