The Xiaomi Mi MIX was announced in October 2016. Initially touted as a concept, the device has been put into production. The standout feature of the Mi MIX is the near bezel-less display, giving it a screen to body ratio of 91.3%, a number far higher than any other smartphone on the market to date of release. It has a 6.4" IPS LCD display, with a resolution of 1080 x 2040, and 3 curved edges, along the lines of the Samsung Edge devices. On the inside, the Mi MIX runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset, with quad-core 2.35GHz CPU, and Adreno 530 GPU. The device lacks expandable storage, though comes with the choice of 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage, or 6GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage. On the rear sits a 16MP shooter, with f/2.0 aperture, EIS and 4K video, and up front there's a 5MP selfie camera. The Mi MIX is powered by a 4400mAh battery, and features Quick Charge 3,0, via a USB Type-C connector.
