2. Clean Format ( TWRP -Wipe Format data + Advanced wipe (Dalvik , Data ,Cache, System) ) reboot back to TWRP
3. Flash lastest xiaomi firmware (Clover) https://sourceforge.net/projects/xiaomi-firmware-updater/files/

4. Flash ROM
