This is a slim based rom with lot of goodies added and awesomeness of Substratum. This rom is for people who just don't want to stick to stability+performance accompanied with a slim base.

Newest TWRP Recovery Required
Copy the ROM zip to SD card, 
Boot to TWRP. Wipe cache, dalvik cache, system, and data!
Flash ROM zip
Flash 7.1.x Gapps (Open Gapps/Dynamic Gapps)
Reboot.... and Done 
Let the bar Open :P

TY for answering so quick. I tried flashing the newest supersu but still nothing. I will try an older version and see if that works. TY again.

I just flashed super su 2.79 from 2016-12-05 . It took an unusually long time to install the zip but it eventually did flash successfully and now I'm getting supersu

NOTE: TipsyOS comes with Magisk baked in. Do you guys want me to remove it in the next build, so y'all have the choice b/w SuperSU/Magisk or should I keep it as it is?

As for my opinion I'll go with Magisk but that's not mandatory as now everyone has to flash a SU more or less after flashing a rom so then non rooted would be a better choice
