Story: This dude hard bricked his otus, gave to service center, those guys took almost 33 USDs and gave back his phone with OTG & 4G voLTE support. This has surnia's software tho as you can see. It's not a fake, surnia is single sim as you guys know.

How's this possible?

This is Fake!!!!

Sounds like the Otus board was changed to a Surnia board.

Best I recall, both boards incorporate 1GB RAM, and both ship with an 8GB eMMC (internal SD Card). Of course, the significant difference with the Otus & Surnia board platforms is the inclusion of an LTE Baseband Radio on Surnia, versus the UMTS/3G limited radio on the Otus. I love both devices personally. However, if you prefer the significantly faster data speeds of 4G/LTE, Surnia is your best option. I've been with Motorola seven years now, so yeah I'm partial to most of their mobile devices.

Day before yesterday my otus automatically switched off and then restart and then off then restart...off restart.... It only shows Moto logo and then goes off no proper boot and even I can't go in recovery or fastboot mode , as nothing is gonna work it lasts upto battery juice and after it it switch off. On connecting charger , it again switch on for about 5 seconds showing Moto logo and then off , continue till charger connected.

Is my phone dead?
What should I do
Please help me
Thanks

Edit : This happened after I flashed lineage os

Hey, my father has Moto E and starts complaining about slowness of this phone. Do you think that its good idea to root and install LineageOS? I have this rom on my X Play and I'm satisfied, but all he wants is smoothness and simpliciity. What you think? Is this phone capable of custom roms, or is it better to stay on stock?

Yes, lineage is smooth and better. Bonus: You'll get LED notification enabled
