Thx 4 this amazing rom. it´s very battery-friendly, and VERY slim
Beside the suppored Launcher3 I install the aosp sms/mms (works fine), an the "truePhone" dialer.
My (newbie) Question: The dialer is not activated for incoming calls - I can not accept the call ?!
Which dialer you can recommend or what do I have to do make the dialer work?

i will suggest google dialer.. just make google dialer as default app.

if you dont set it as default app then it works properly

that! I consider Dialer and other google apps to be the best option .. more for you to succeed with ROM you need to grant the necessary permissions to the apps

thanks for response.
here are my experience after more than one week daily use.
full reset. "pure" OS, no Google.

finaly I use dialer & Contacts from Google. Other APPS dont work.
Battery consumption is very high,
Compass & Sensors did not work propper.
no more OS-updates.

over all - not as good as I expected :-/

for the dialer and other apps work you need to give the required Permissions to him going the configuration of the device and selecting the app by default .. thank you

Yes this ROM is good. Bloatfree Pure android ROM and one of my favorite nougat ROM.

Having TWRP 3.1.1.0, rooted and unlocked bootloader device. The current rom is GPE 5.1 (official).
Each time I install this rom, the first boot up gets stuck on Google's logo with the a locker icon under it and nothing.

Any idea what to do?

Maybe the ROM does not support the EXT4 format of the data partition. GPE ROMs use that format instead of F2FS
