I also had that issue. It didn't boot to system, so I had to wipe system, dalvik and cache and re-flash the ROM with pico GApps.
After doing this, there's still being some force closes, but it generally works good. I think I should perform a clean flash when I have time.
This may be caused by Magisk installation. I had Magisk Manager disabled on system before installing the new version.
Those FCs are because there are way too many changes between the last update and this one. Dirty flashes sometimes have issues even with weekly builds like LOS, so in this case, a clean flash is essential.
correct if i'm wrong, but wouldnt it be conflict of features/functionality to be doing a FULL featured ROM like RR while needing to be as barebone as Android GO is going to be.
Yeah you're right, the barebones low-animation ROM that is Android Go would kind of defeat the insane customization that RR has to offer. I would choose a heavy feature filled ROM over a light basic AOSP ROM any day.
