What's difference between mfastboot & fastboot?
I used this thread to root but that uses mfastboot command to flash recovery.

Can anyone give link where I can find different command used in fastboot, mfastboot & adb.

mfastboot stands for Motorola Fastboot, I believe. I'm not aware of any additional commands available in mfastboot, not present in fastboot. It may sometimes be the case that a fastboot command is successful with mfastboot and not fastboot, suggesting the former has greater compatibility with Motorola devices. But then the name sort of gives that away.

I heard it work better because it can hold more data for flashing files so you don't get a "invalid image size for partiton recovery" error message

difference is that mfastboot allows you to flash file with greater size compared to fastboot

For flashing small size files like recovery you can use any one both will give same results

Motorola stock firmware files have multiple sparsechunk pieces (i.e. img.spareschunk.0,1,2,3), fastboot doesn't allow proper flashing of each of the pieces but Mfastboot does.
