Well Frankly Enough, These things are broken on most Pie/Oreo Custom Roms for the device and on top Pixel Experience isn't much maintained, You Can Always Use the Moto Actions (not sure about this rom)

Change your phone's TWRP to 64 bit version. Worked for me.

Try Using any of these. Well, G4+ hasn't seen any great development with the Google Camera mod except one by rajat, you can try that but will not work as good as others.

Why did my processor speed increase after installing this rom ???
It increased from 1.5 to 1.6
It was normal in stock nougat and Oreo and also arrow os pie
But it was 1.6 in pixel experience and aosp extended

That depends on the Kernel, if that is a problem to you, install Loony Kernel.
If you further need to tweak anything, use the spectrum app from the play store.
