I accidentally wiped internal storage (in addition to everything else) whilst preparing to install a ROM today, and need to transfer the file to my phone without being able to boot /system. I assume there's a way to do this from within TWRP - could anyone tell me how? Or point me to a guide which explains it?

Thank you, sorry for the dumb question.

Found answer to question.

1. Follow this guide to setup ADB:

2. Push file to phone using ADB (ADB is always enabled within TWRP, so this is easy):

adb push <filename> /sdcard/

3. Install as normal from within TWRP.
