Code:
Apply this command from the recovery!

adb sideload name_of_the_ota.zip

Afterwards you have to reboot, so the phone can finish the update. (You can't flash multiple OTAs in a row!)

To get into the Recovery Mode you have to get into the bootloader by holding "power" and "volume down".
Then navigate with "volume up" / "volume down" choose "Recovery Mode" by pressing the "power" button.
Now you should see something like "no command".
To unlock the recovery first press and hold "power" and immediately "volume up".
After the recovery screen shows up, let go of the "power" and "volume up" buttons.
Navigate just like in the bootloader and choose "Apply update from ADB"!

Is this the stock firmware SIGNED? I want to be able to reflash and relock to completely stock, and I'm not sure if someone has found a signed package, or we are all just stuck with the unsigned that will not allow relocking the bootloader.

I'm sorry to say, but the image is unsigned. Haven't found a signed one so far. But at least you can unbrick your device with this image.

Awesome, thanks.
I'm always unsure about something when sideloading an OTA : will future OTA work on my device afterwards?

We will see it with the next OTA :P

But if you use the OTA for the same Channel it should work.
