OTG works perfect with kernel 3.4.93-hells-Core-b47-OTG with my ROM Paranoid 4.6 beta6, on KK 4.4.4 ( flashed by TWRP), and no problem with crashing Android-storage services!!!!
SDR and ADBS with DVB-T dongle on RTL2832U chip works perfect also!!! many thanks again!!!

and activating OTG with KernelAdiutor-Mod.apk .
