Well i must say....Your trick worked on a new flashed Slim Beam. And it's pretty slick too...

You can tweak how full your battery charges with this. 100% = 4.3V.
The secret is that the less it charges, the more charging cycles it can handle. Basically if you set it lower, your battery will drain a little bit quicker, but in the long run it will stay healthier. If a kernel has BLX tweak, I usually set it at 95-96 (~4.2V).

Fast charge doesn't seem to be working on 153 stable.

Possibly a coincidence, but I've had zero deadlocks since changing my read ahead buffer to 2048.

Running on PSX 4.1, performance is outstanding, no lag at all, undervolting is stable, battery life is great (got me 4 hours SOT in one day while the battery started out at 70 percent).
My settings:
Read ahead buffer size 512 on deadline
min 192/ max 1620
ondemand
gpu 487 simple
cores_on_touch 1 (very important IMO)
suspend_frequency 540
undervolt -50 (keeps it perfectly cool)

thank you very much for this awesome kernel !
