I always flashed new ROM to update. All was good. But better backup first. Also CWM is not a good choice to flash 4.4.4. Less problems with TWRP.

It worked perfect. I changed from CWM to TWRP just to be on the safe side. Flashed it and it updated flawlessly! Re Rooted and installed Xpose very pleased

It might notify and download the ota but I'm sure it will fail on installation.

Don't worry ill make a flashable zip as soon as the ota arrived.
