I have an 8 MB Nexus 4 that I am still using as my main phone. Yesterday I installed Lineage OS, using the instructions on their web site. As my device only has 8 MB, I was unable to take a full backup along the way. I backed up 2 of the 3 partitions, but not the main DATA one.

The installation was successful, and the phone is working. But I am unhappy with Lineage OS, and would like to revert to a standard ROM. But I am unable to do so, without a proper backup. Can you help? Thanks

Any changes made to the partition table have to be reverted in order to flash stock rom. Don't and I repeat don't try to flash stock rom on the changed partition, it would pretty much brick the phone. Since I don't know the method you used I can't be of much help. You have to check the site or whatever the source of your information was.

Thanks for replying. I managed to download a ROM from the Google support site.
