Nexus 4 4G LTE On Oreo 8.1?

So i was just wondering is it possible to unlock the 4G LTE on a nexus 4 Running a unlegacy 8.1 Oreo build?

im running the phone on a 3G Network
but i here it did support 4G LTE it was just disabled and removed via software updates

there is an LTE radio that never received regulatory approval — it was a “hidden feature” on the phone that could unofficially be enabled on 4.x and 5.x ROMs.

Would be cool to have it enabled on newer ROMs, then use the Magisk module to force VoLTE and see what happens
