Xylon new builds since 22/2 are no longer friends with this kernel.
On attempt of an app to reach the GPS the device hot reboots.
Had to switch to Franco r90.

It's not a kernel issue, its a ROM issue, the problem happens when you try to download new agps data (this doesn't happen every time you turn on an app needing gps, but you can reproduce it every time with GPS status & toolbox and forcing agps data download) it crashes with permission errors and causes a kernel panic. The fact it didn't happen on franco is random in this case because I've had it happen on franco and motley with Xylon and I've also had it not happen with both.
With B39 I noticed that I didn't receive incoming messages/notifications if I use WLAN and display is off. After turning on display all messages are coming in. With GSM/UMTS connection notifications are working with screen off - LED is flashing But no hsic wakelocks at the moment and nice battery life.
